Exchanges are only applicable on ready-made articles and must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

No restocking fees will be applied to exchanged items.

Local order delivery can take between 5 - 7 working days, and International delivery can take between 10 - 15 working days; depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations.
