🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable on ready-made articles and must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fees will be applied to exchanged items.

❌ Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized articles (including made-to-measure and personalized designs) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Final sale items from our 12 designated collections are excluded from exchange or return.

  • No refund will be provided for any items, whether ready-made or customized.
